COMPANY POLICY

To ensure adequate processing time, please allow us 48 hours to begin processing the order before inquiring. For order status or changes you will be notified by the email that you provided with your order. All orders placed before 1 p.m. (EST) will begin processing the same business day, otherwise all orders will begin processing the following business day.

SHIPPING

Typical time for delivery is 2-3 business days. All Silky Indian Hair please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Once hair has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number where you will be able to check the order status of your shipment. Please allow 5-7 days for custom units and an additional 2-4 days for shipping.

 

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal service (USPS)

We will not be responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping provider in regards to any packages that has not been received after it has been shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Refunds are given only under extreme circumstances.
